Frequently Asked Questions

My work brings together meditation, counselling, relationship work, OSHO Zen Tarot, body awareness and shamanic healing.
The different approaches are organised around four pathways — Mind, Heart, Body and Soul — with personal courses, individual sessions and professional training available within different areas of the work.
Although the methods vary, they share the same foundation: helping you become more aware of what is happening within you, less identified with habitual patterns and more connected to your own experience.

They are four different doorways to coming home to yourself.
Mind — Inner Alchemy
Explores conditioning, habitual thinking and the different aspects of yourself using meditation, experiential enquiry and OSHO Zen Tarot.Heart — Relationship Alchemy
Explores relationship patterns, emotional triggers, projection and the movement from unconscious relating towards greater awareness and inner fullness.Body — OSHO Talking to the BodyMind
Uses guided meditation, relaxation and inner communication to develop a more conscious relationship with the body.Soul — Shamanic Healing
Offers individual shamanic practices working with energy, awareness and deeper psychological and spiritual experience. -
Both are available, but they are clearly separated.
Courses such as Inner Alchemy and Relationship Alchemy are designed for your own personal exploration and development.
For people who want to work professionally with others, there is a progressive counselling training pathway beginning with Inner Alchemy Facilitator Training — Level 1, followed by Relationship Alchemy Practitioner Training — Level 2.
There is also a separate three-part OSHO Zen Tarot Training pathway, moving from personal experience of the cards (Inner Alchemy) to facilitation skills (Inner Alchemy Facilitator Training) and professional reading practice (OSHO® Zen Tarot Practitioner Training).

Therapy can help us understand patterns, emotions and history. Meditation adds the ability to notice what is happening without immediately becoming identified with it.
Rather than only analysing why a pattern exists, we become interested in how it is operating now — through thoughts, emotions, body sensations and relationships.
This creates greater distance from habitual thinking and more freedom to respond differently.
-
Talking can be extremely valuable, but my work also brings attention to the body, emotions and present-moment experience.
Rather than strengthening an identity around a problem or personal story, the work helps you recognise that a pattern is something you are experiencing — not the totality of who you are.
The aim is greater awareness, integration and a stronger connection with the wider intelligence of the whole person.
-
No.
You do not need to be an experienced meditator or be able to sit silently with an empty mind.
Meditation in my work simply begins with noticing what is happening within you — thoughts, emotions, sensations, impulses and reactions — without immediately trying to change or judge them.
Some practices are quiet, while others include movement, breathing, sound or active expression.
-
My work is most suited to people who are willing to look inward and take an active part in their own process.
You may already have experience of meditation, therapy or personal development, but this is not essential. What matters most is an openness to exploring how your own patterns, beliefs and responses may be influencing your experience.
-
Yes.
Individual work includes counselling and relationship support as well as a range of shamanic healing sessions.
The courses and trainings provide a structured learning process, while individual sessions allow us to work more directly with what is happening in your life at that moment.
-
Yes.
Much of my work is available online, including personal courses, professional training and many individual sessions.
Working from your own environment can also make it easier to integrate what you are learning directly into everyday life.

You may already feel drawn towards one of the four pathways — Mind, Heart, Body or Soul.
You may want personal development, help with a particular issue, or professional training in one of the approaches I teach.
You do not need to know exactly what kind of work you need before you begin. The different pathways are simply different ways of entering the same broader exploration: becoming more conscious of yourself and living with greater awareness, freedom and choice.
